How Orders Are Handled
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing that we’ve started preparing it. Most orders are ready to ship within 0–1 business days. When your package leaves our facility, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Delivery Details
For most UK addresses, your order will arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Free delivery applies automatically to all orders within the country.
Delays & Next Steps
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 3 extra business days before reaching out. Use the tracking link provided to check your package. If it still hasn’t arrived, email support@zymofa.com with your order number and we’ll look into it immediately.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or isn’t the item you ordered, take a clear photo and send it to support@zymofa.com. We’ll make sure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Canceling Orders
